We review the full permit set before bid and deliver a risk-flagged scope document identifying items GCs commonly miss — coordination gaps, owner-furnished equipment, deferred submittals, long-lead items, and trade interface issues.

Bid Leveling & GC Selection

$3,500 – $7,500flat fee

We receive GC bids on the owner's behalf, level them line-by-line against a master scope, qualify subcontractors and insurance, and deliver a written award recommendation.

Owner's Representation

$5,000 – $15,000/ month

Full owner-side representation from contract execution through Certificate of Occupancy. OAC meetings, pay applications, change orders, submittal and RFI flow, punch list.
